"a bad day"

I'm having a bad day today, pain is worse today and I have extra muscular problems in between my shoulder blades and around my breast plates where I have tweaked something whilst cleaning the rats out. I had to work through the pain to finish off as I couldn't leave it as it was.

I want to go to bed already, does that make me a bad person?

Oh well, hopefully it'll pick up in a bit.
